Vegetables that taste like home.
Fresh, real and grown with care.
We intensively cultivate a small area, growing a diverse range of seasonal vegetables. Careful crop rotation and sustainably focused practices allow us to maintain productivity while strengthening the land beneath our feet.
What was once a lifeless horse paddock is now living soil. By using regenerative methods, composting, cover crops and careful cultivation we've turned dry, sandy ground into a thriving ecosystem full of worms, insects and healthy plant life.
We don't use pesticides and herbicides - just thoughtful and natural solutions. Our weeds are managed with hand tools and weed gunnel, and we protect our crops with row covers, beneficial insects and companion plants that support healthy growth.
